You may place pre-orders if you are interested in getting any items from the above two websites. Please see "How To Order" for making pre-orders.

Please take note of the following points:

• For the Item Model Number in the order summary, please put the URL of the item that you wish to pre-order
  
• The price calculation would be: [Amount X(price shows in the website in NT$)/20] + S$1(handling fee) + S$3(Shipping fee) = Total price(Amount A in the "How To Order")

• For the items in 艾咪E舖, there is a countdown clock(剩餘時間) for every item. If you cannot transfer the money 24 hours before the countdown finish, please do not order.
  

Terms and Conditions

Delivery

• iwan8iwan8 offer local delivery in Singapore.
• All amount stated are in SGD.
• iwan8iwan8 offer the following means of delivery:

- Self Collection at Raffles Place MRT Station (Mon-Fri except Public Holiday)

- Local mail S$1.50. Additional $2.50 for registered postage if required. iwan8iwan8 would advise you the Registered Article (RA) number after iwan8iwan8 had posted out your parcel and you are able to track the status of your parcel via Singpost website.

• iwan8iwan8 will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the availability of goods. However, iwan8iwan8 will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
• To avoid non-payment after sending the items, iwan8iwan8 will require our customer to make full payment before delivery can be make.

Ans: Please allow up to 48 working hours before iwan8iwan8 reply.

Qn: Why is my order being rejected?
Ans: Please note that all incomplete orders such as incorrect model numbers will be rejected. Double check your orders or payments to prevent rejection. :)

Qn: Is there any shipping charges?
Ans: All shipping charges is already inclusive in the price of the bag.

Qn: What account number should I transfer my payment to?
Ans: Please transfer payments to POSB Bank (Saving): 249-33225-9

Qn: How do I know whether my order or payment is sent to the correct email address?
Ans: iwan8iwan8 will reply your email with a confirmation within 48 working hours.

Qn: What payment mode do you accept?
Ans: Transfer via ATM/Internet-banking are acceptable. iwan8iwan8 regrets that no cheque payments, interbank transfers and current account transfers are accept.

Qn: Can I pay in cash upon meet ups?
Ans: iwan8iwan8 apologize that iwan8iwan8 only accept payment, i.e. before iwan8iwan8 send out or meet up with you.

Qns: What if I ordered something and it's out of stock?
Ans: iwan8iwan8 will inform and refund to you accordingly.
